I need help with my Call of Duty 4 Multiplayer. Attached to this forum is a youtube video explaining the situation. Any Help on it would be GREATLY, appreciated

how high are you trying to set the resolution

Like I showed, the resolution is not the problem. I showed the resolution that I use it at in SP, that worked perfectly in MP also until today, so that isn't the problem :/
