ok got my friends gamesave nd chaged the stuff but when i go to load it my disc keeps goin un readable please help

Did you change all the ID's? Cause if you didn't that might be why.. or does he have dawnguard and you don't?

Dawnguard probably wouldn't matter, it would just say something about some content no longer available, at least that's what it's done with me. Tomatoes is right though, make sure all are changed, then do the one thing everyone always forgets, rehash/resign and save.
