Was playing xbox then went to sleep, woke up and tried to play xbox with my turtle beach but the sound was out on my turtle beach, the only way to get my sound back is to stretch the wire out which is annoying cause its hard to play while holding a wire, then later on that day my left ear on the turtle beach went out?

Any help would be appreciated thanks!

Sorry for the bump, just really need help my speakers also blew on my computer so I cant really listen to music without these either

It happened to me two months ago and later it magically started working again (X11's)

try wiggling the cable and unplugging some wires it might work.

Same thing happened to my X11's the other day, havent used them since, but i have a pair of x12's what i use for my PC.
