Does anyone knows how to unlock (sim card) the iPhone 4s for free and without using the app called SAM from Cydia?

There is no FREE unlock for the iPhone 4S.

If you want to unlock it you have to buy a Gevey Ultra S

i bought a iphone4 at gamestop and jailbroke it you choose want you want in it you have to download 3-4 things now i have a plan so i dont have to woory hahahha

Unlocking and jailbreaking are two totally different things.

Unlocking allows you to use your phone on any carrier
