I recently was infected by some website on one of my accounts so i switched to a different admin account now its fine for now how do i get files such as all my microsoft office and pictures onto here so i can delete that account?

I hate to tell you this, but unfortunatly, the safest thing to do would be to delete the other account, with all the files and things on it. Reason being, you could never know what the virus could be infected in, and if you transfer something it could bring the virus with it.
On the other hand, I think if you go into the welcome center, there is a way that you can transfer file from different accounts. I am not sure though.

Yes I did that but my antivirus keeps finding win32 atraps pf how do I get rid of it?

System restore.
Just use the search bar in windows vista or 7 and look for it. If you're on XP look up where it is online.
