I never mentioned who would win in a fight I said who do you think is better. What's the point in Superman he is far too over powered it kills it. A super hero doesn't have to have super powers, just have something that no human has like super strength or flight. Which the suit provides.

Superman may have super-human strength, but Iron Man is super-human... and he's got super-robot strength. Plus he's made of steel, and I don't think a green rock is gonna make him flinch.

Superman isn't over powered he will never corrupt or evil in any way,he is the better option thought because after all he does have real powers and isn't behind a suit that does give him powers so Superman has his powers all the time because as I recall Tony Stark doesn't keep his suit on everywhere he goes.
