Well, yes technically, as you can install Installous from Cydia which allows you to download almost any app for free.

The only way people can get apps for free is someone has to buy it first so they can crack it.

Once it is cracked then you can get it for free

go into cydia and click on Manage>Sources>Edit>Add>http://cydia.hackulo.us.com/>let it download and push the bottom screen thing>then going the hackulo.us source>click installious 5 and install

you can get all the apps for free, but it's piracy which is illegal
