(1)All sales are final. There will be no refunds for consoles that still work, and you want a refund because you don't know how to use it, just don't want it, cosmetic scratches. If your console is working 100% I will not refund you, when purchasing understand that all sales are final

(1a)All consoles may have minor cosmetic blemishes, these consoles are not brand new like they once were. If there are any MAJOR blemishes you will be notified. But all console are cosmetically acceptable, unless stated otherwise.

(2)All payments will be made through paypal. If you do not have a paypal you will need to create one. I cannot accept GREENDOT moneypaks, western union, liberty reserve, etc. Paypal is the only payment method accepted.

(2a)In order to send payments as GOODS you MUST HAVE A CONFIRMED ADDRESS linked to your paypal. If you do not have a confirmed address, expect to pay as a gift. It is merely to cover my own butt (If I ship to an unconfirmed address, the person receiving the package can say he/she never got the package ((even if they really did)) and keep the package, and win the dispute on paypal). You will still receive a tracking number if you pay as a gift.

(2b)I ship via usps priority flat rate boxes. In most cases I ship with SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION, which means you have to be home to sign for your package. This is also a precaution on my behalf. If I just use delivery confirmation you can receive your package , tell paypal someone stole it off your porch, and get your money back. If I feel signature confirmation is necessary, you will be required to pay an extra $3 for me to pay for the fees. In the end, signature confirmation is the safest for both parties.

Here I have a very nice 3.55 Jailbroken PS3. It is set and ready to host Call of Duty modded lobbies. With this console, you can get free retail games and play them straight from your HDD, you can host challenge lobbies in Call of Duty, and much more. Since this has firmware 3.55, you can not go online with this console(but you can still host). To go online and host, you will either need to find a 4.0 update bypass (or what ever the current firmware update is) online and use it to bypass the update, or you can infect your retail console through system link, or even transfer the mods over to your retail PS3. The PS3 has YLOD, that is why my price is very low, but don't worry! You can look for people near you that fix it (on Craigslist), you can look for someone on TTG that fixes it, or you can even try to fix it yourself (videos on YouTube)! There is also no disk drive in the PS3 anymore becasue it stopped working anf there is no need to have a disk drive when you can download free games and play them off the Hard Drive.
