There is multiple solutions you can do to get your xbox tray open!
1.Press the open button then try to give ur xbox a little hit on the side and see if it opens
2.Take your xbox all a part and go buy a new opener!
3.Send your xbox to Microsoft and have them fix it for like 50 bucks
4.Go buy a new xbox! ha

try taking all the cords out of the back of the xbox and removethe hard drive as well then if that dont work you can take your xbox apart easy and fast ive done this many times but once you get it open you can just open the dvd drive and use it like your hot swapping and just put the disk in there manually.
Hope This Helped
