aznpryde64 wrote To me it's not about the brand or phone its all about the apps and to be honest I wish I had an iphone because they have way more apps and games but some do come free for the android and I'm completely cool with that (as long as it's games by Gamevil or Com2us), so I guess both but that's not a valid answer so I going with android.

For my purposes Android is the superior app platform BY FAR!

First and foremost, 4chan. The Chant app is incredibly simple and effective, and from what I've heard Apple is intolerant of 4chan in their App Store. You'd have to jailbreak to install one, assuming a non-App Store app even exists. I will not go without a 4chan app, so iOS is out of the question from the get-go for me.

Emulators. I don't play market games because they have no depth and they're uninteresting. I can play any Gameboy, NES, SNES, Genesis, or Mame game I can find the ROM for. iOS just doesn't have this, and I would not be happy. I'm non-plussed by every App-Store and Market game I see, but that's just me. Gotta have my emulators.

Keyboards. iOS ties you to the stock keyboard. Again, iOS completely ruled out by a single limitation. Swype and Swiftkey are just too good not to have.

Development. There is no real way to significantly modify or switch the operating system on iDevices. Again, completely ruled out.

Widgets. That is all.

That was one hell of an argument there with that android wins. Is your phone rooted? I rooted my phone and lets just say best thing ever.

Very much so, I'm running an ICS tablet UI hybrid ROM on my Incredible. Overclocked as well!

It depends on what you're running stock. My Incredible had Sense 2.2 and Gingerbread, and I got bored of that almost immediately. ICS is the bomb. Now if I got the Galaxy S III, I'd root it for sure, but wouldn't flash a drastically different ROM. I like Touchwiz 4 over ICS. I might flash a tweaked version of stock depending on what's out there and a kernel for sure.

Android you can do more stuff with it if. You have so much more customization with androids. Rooting is wayyyyyyy better than jail breaking also.
