me: ok well i go on my xbox and my xbox live gold account wasnt signed in so i tried to sing in and it said that it cant connect to xbox live so i tried every single way to connect back to xbox but it wont let me but i tried signing in with my other gold gold accounts and it lets me
Cherie: I'm very sorry to hear that you can't sign into your account on the XBox, but the other accounts can sign in.
Cherie: Let's get this resolved.

Cherie: Are you able to check your Windows Live email for any bans or suspensions?
me: i have already done that and nothing was there
Cherie: We just got a new service alert Ryan:
Cherie: There is currently an issue with customers being unable to sign into their accounts. We are aware of this and are working to resolve this for you. I recommend periodically attempting to sign in. I truly apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you!

This means that they are aware of the situation and they are sorting it so dont worry guys

They said it only effects you if you are trying to sign in to xbox website.
