Can anyone sign into Xbox live?

I can't :/ I test my connection and it said that i'm connected yet when I try to sign in it says connection problem. Xbox has stated they are aware of the problem and are trying to fix it so just try again in an hour..

Garma: 2.Go to Settings, and then select System Settings.
Garma: 3.Select Wired Network.
Garma: 4.Select Configure Network.
Garma: 5.Go to the Additional Settings tab, and then select Restore to Factory Defaults.
Garma: 6.Select Yes, Restore to Factory Defaults. This resets the console's network settings only, and not other settings.
Garma: Let me know once you have completed the steps.
