Assuming it's a desktop, as others have stated, you'll need a new graphics card, and depending on whether or not it was pre-built, you may need a higher watt power supply. Also, if it's pre-built, your case may not be spacious enough for a larger sized graphics card. Depending on the age of the computer, it may also not have the appropriate slot for a newer card.
