it did this to me, the next day or something it will not let you sign in to live at all

Xbox Live is currently having some problems with there network...thats probably why you can go online...Once they get there problems fixed you probably cant go on online anymore....

I was console banned on PS3 and one day it let me on then the next day i was console banned again.

Someone told me that when you get Console Banned , your Accounts dont get Banned . Just the Console itself .
