No idea since it depends on the carrier, but I expect jelly bean to come out soon on it because its a very popular phone. Not to mention once the source code comes out, a rom with jelly bean will be out ASAP, if you're the flashing type of person.

Android has slightly more fragmentation in upgrades, but the flagship phones will get it promptly.
