I am not really sure what you want from us. You didn't make anything yourself that involves coding/designing, so you want us to rate someone else's work...?

You can ask for suggestions, but fact is that you didn't. Try to be more clear about what you want in the future.

For a website that is about milk I don't see anything related to milk except for what you wrote. A first glance at a website should let people know straight away what it is about, especially when it's something as specific as milk. The layout is too general, try changing it with a milk picture or a milk logo for example, something that catches your eye.

Yeah Bro you didn't code this. This is coded with HTML, CSS and JS. And don't say you lernt html 2 days ago and show us a site that was designed by a Web Developer with like maybe 5 years experience (probably), In my eye: It's mocking them.
