here's What ihcjames posted on Sen7sins

Using the infamous Server Command function as mentioned in my previous XP release!

This lets you change Online Stats + Unlocks on a retail console through system link

What to do:
First off you should be running my iHcDLLv2
Download: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
Topic: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
Now use this cmd.txt file (this has the commands for unlock all and stats)
Download: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
That's it - system link with your retail (Xbox LIVE Unlocks: On)
Press DOWN on the DPAD
You should see "iHcDLL: Unlock All + Stats Complete" in the kill feed
Both xbox's will have All Challenges Unlocked + Stats

For those who want to know more about how it works:
It's actually very simple, the J server command sets the player data on the client you send it to.
You can see the id's and values in the cmd.txt
