If you have a custom gaming PC, then this just proved to me that airflow can help SOOOOO much. I just moved my $2000 dollar gaming PC from over far away from the airvent, really close to the door near my airvent. Temperatures just dropped by 5-10c. And I just installed a new heatsink with Arctic Silver 5. So temperatures are only going down from here (Arctic Siver 5 takes 200 hours to break in, and once it does temperatures can drop by 15C and this is only the second day). I now idle @ 28-32c from 33-39c. And at full load I went from 63C max to 57c max. And this is with an i5-2500K @ 4.5GHz with a Phantek PH-TC14PE. So, if you can, move your PC close to a door or an airvent. It helps... A LOT.

Your high temperatures are not even bad, I'd say CPU 50C load and GPU 80C load. Anything higher i would start worrying. Airflow only helps hardware life expectancy, not performance.
