Everytime I try to update one of my xbox's I get this error code
3151-3CD6-1600-2303-C800-0080
Please can someone tell me why I get this error code?

It means you got hit by the ban hammer.

If your drive is flashed, it may also be caused by incorrect firmware being installed, flash it to stock and try again.

But its never been tampered with the only time I opened it was to clean it

Tampered not as in opening it. Running or participating in the use of homebrew.

If you've ever been in or hosted lobbies, abused glitches in the past, flashing the disc tray.

You'll need to talk with Microsoft for more information.
