I was thinking to build a Hard Core gaming computer for amazing quality gaming and rapid multimedia for editing and useing high amounts of processing power

English Windows 7 Ultimate (64 BIT)
Intel Core i7-3960X (Six Core Extreme, 15MB Cache) Overclocked up to 4.2Ghz
Dual 2GB GDDR5 NVIDIA GTX 680 SLI
8192MB (4x2GB) 2133MHz DDR3 Quad Channel
1TB RAID 0 (2x 500GB, Solid State Hybrid, 7200RPM)
1TB SATA 6Gb/s (7200RPM) 32MB Cache
8X Blu-Ray RW (Blu-Ray, DVD, CD read & write)
Sound Blaster XFi Titanium PCIe card
802.11n WiFi and Bluetooth 2.1 EDR USB Combo Adapter - EUR
19-in-1 Media card reader

ive looked around for a while and this is what i want its going to cost me 1200 to make and build ,its my summer project

Overkill processor (stupid to buy if you ask me)
Shit case
Buying windows? (derp download it)
2133mhz ram (overpaying)
Buying Great sound card with half decent speakers.. Not worth it.

Where is?

Motherboard
Power Supply

Also not sure how in hell this is 1200 since the CPU itself is 800 pounds.

you'll need more than 8gb ram for multimedia production and why are u getting 2gb sticks? what high quality ram comes in 2gb sticks?

going to cost you 1200 HAHAHAHA good luck with a $1000 price tag for cpu alone along with 2 $500 graphics cards thats 2000 already not including other shit like the 500 dollar hard drives

I'd like to see him try without a motherboard. It's be funny enough without a PSU, but a motherboard? I'd need a new pair of sides.
