No, don`t do this overpriced, and shitty parts they get money for making your computer. It`s very easy to build. If you go to the Custom PC Topic in PC Support Sticky section they will help you select you the best parts for your budget. Make sure you read the guidelines before you post. They have a few videos where it shows you how to build a computer.

A few weeks ago I helped a physically handicapped 9-year old suffering from dwarfism build her own PC. She managed those cables like a boss and mounted the heatsink dead-center.

People do it with their eyes closed. The only way it's difficult is if you want to do something over the top with a ridiculous budget, modify components heavily, and/or use an exotic cooling setup.
