question is in the title but is it likely to be banned for this and if so how long could i be banned for.

if you are doing the modding for example with a jtagged xbox then yes but if you have someone mod your account for just having a 10th prestige then no.

Yea if someone just got you to 10th then no worries, but having a Jtag xbox will get you system banned...I am not sure if it bans your profile too though. There was a rumor about IW and MS resetting everyone who modded to 10th but there is so many people who have done it now, there is no way that they can even tell.
