I need a PC desktop and monitor HD and can run like any game on highest for cheap!

Depends on your budget, but for the best advice go to the Custom PC topic in PC support, loads of kids will just post useless pre-built crap.

I got A asus g74s and It can run just about enything on high and ult high and its a laptop.
