I call this piece 'Lonely Child', I couldn't really think of a name but after staring at that face I came up with that name.

I had no clue on how I came up with this all I did was pen tool the face and then just add brush after brush... It eventually became a face with weird eyes and a mouth that looks stitched. I added some gradient maps and messed with the channel mixer and got the result I have now, I then blurred that background and sharpened the boy's face.

I personally like the end result although I would love to get some feedback on ways that I could improve it.
