I was playing gears 3 last night online and it was working fine but I got on this morning and tried to play horde online and it says "Your current gamer profile settings do not allow playing online games. To continue, all players must have settings that allow online play." Then I found out my party options were on local but it doesn't allow me to turn it to an xbox live enabled party. I also tried to play halo reach online and it worked perfectly.

Try clearing your cache, sometimes it will clear up these type of problems
