I don't really see why you need to compare them. Different systems, different capabilities, different ages and all that. That is similar to comparing an iPhone to a telegraph. Or even just comparing the current Minecraft PC version to its original one. And even though I don't particularly like the game, the videos I've seen incline me to see the adventure update as being more frustrating than the previous version. But, to each his own.

The controls are far better than that of the pc version and you don't to have the mc wiki constantly open or remember every single formula. With the next update I think the console will be much better than playing on the pc.

I think it's the same situation as MW3, where everyone is like DUDE you gotta play dis game cuz erryone else is and everyone goes on the *scensoreds* thing because everyone else does.

I think everyone that plays pc minecraft and hate on the console version don't have many friends on the console or don't have a console. The only thing that seperates the two is the version, minecraft for the xbox was just recently released. When the new updates come out there will only be a controller that seperates them. If you're gonna hate on minecraft just because of the device it is played on, you don't really belong playing minecraft, I mean xbox players don't hate on pc. So you guys need to chill

I agree, I played it once on PC and didn't really like it that much.
The gameplay is really boring and the graphics are bad.. What's so fun about running around and digging?

You really didn't have to word it like that. Some people like myself are just not that creative. My imagination is horrible. I love Call of Duty because there is one objective to complete. Minecraft is like a huge LEGO land with thousands or millions of possibilities. I was never good at LEGOs. Now, I'm going to not take it personally and just hope that maybe you were talking about the younger kids that play Call of Duty. Just maybe think next time before posting something like that, because not all people were born with a creative imagination.

I was just generalizing the perspective of individuals that can't comprehend the general concept of Minecraft, although I could have reduced my sarcasm in my introductory clause to that point, my mistake.

I have little imagination, myself, but I still find Minecraft fun.

Yes I do think that it is overrated and its not as good as people put it out to be.

minecraft is so much better on PC. freedom to have mods that don't benefit you whatsoever and even a texture pack lol I also bought it for xbox but I feel like that was a mistake..it just doesnt feel the same.
