Ok, and one last question. I've read the rules and cannot seem to find it. Do you start out with any money? Because if you are a contractor and the permit is $250 how could you buy it without having any money? Thanks haha that was my last question.

You can start out w/ a lower level job... i give you $50 to start. then, you get a job.
