Hello there. Recently I purchased a Tritton Detonator headset in order to replace my wireless Microsoft one. For the sound quality I could not complain, it is simply amazing. I can hear everything, including my friends when they talk. However when it comes to the chat is where I find a problem. In order to pick up my voice so the others can hear it, my mic must literally be right in front of my mouth, close enough so that my lips hit it when I talk. Now I tested it before I got into a Party with my friends with the SVM feature on the headset (making it so you can hear yourself when you talk), and I was able to hear myself without having to put it right up next to my mouth. Does anyone know of a setting that can be changed for this? Because the fact that I have to eat my mic in order to talk makes me want to return them.
