Rather your AV adapter is shocked(not able to be used)
or you T.V components dont wanna work so i suggest getting a new AV cables(Optional) or have somebody that works on systems check it out i work on systems but i wont take it from a diffrent state so yea just saying it might be able to be used again just have someone fix it or buy a new AV adapter.

here is what you can do since those cords dont work you could try it on a different TV to see if its just the tv or the cords or since you got a vizio like i do go to wallmart or game stop and buy an HDLMI (HD) cord all your vizio should have a plug in spot for the HD cord on the sides or the back sometimes you got to look real hard to find the plug in depending on what model VIZIO TV you have.
