Hey everybody, i just got minecraft and whenever i go on xbox live, i always see people with diamond pickaxes and swords so i was just wondering, how do i get diamonds??? if anybody could help me i would appreciate this

There are many different ways of obtaining diamonds on Minecraft.
Firstly, you can manually search for them underground. This is a time-consuming process and you will need to stock up on pickaxes.
Secondly, you can modify your inventory to have numerous stacks of diamonds any any other blocks/items. This is quicker but defeats the purpose of Minecraft.
