Also, if you use this, you will get all achievement weapons in TF2(Like 20 free weapons).

Feel free to virus scan, I use it and no viruses, but i'm lazy so I won't be posting one.
Steps
1. Make sure you have Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5, if you don't install it.
2. Extract to desktop or a folder (not steam directory).
3. Make sure Steam is running.
3.5. Make sure you are offline.
4. Exit any games running.
5. Run SAM Game, open up the game you want, click unlock all, and go to the top right corner and hit the signal button. Now look in the bottom right corner of your screen for success.
Use this one TF2, and it will get you all achievement weapons and hats. You can also use it on other games, just find the gameID, go to the top and add it.
Also, some achievement are serverside, meaning you can't unlcok them with this program .
Use at your own risk, I am not responsible for any VAC bans, you won't get any if you follow instuctions.

Hover over where it says "Steam" and click go offline.

Right click your avatar when you tab shift , and set to offline

Also a neat trick to find the steam ID is in the shortcut. It will say something like Rungameid://[ID]
