No, this is the 1.7.3 update, the adventure update (which has the enchantments as well as all of the major additions) is version 1.8

I don't think Enchantment tables were added until Beta 1.8 or 1.9 or some time around then so they should be in the next major update after the one tomorrow.

I believe after they have updated to 1.7.3 they are going to jump straight into the 1.0.0+ versions. So they should be added around then.

No there in version 1.8 and then we jump straight to 1.2.3 after that
