Hello everyone, i just found this on youtube and i was only one of the 200 people who viewed the video so nobody really knows about it. But it is a trick to fool Microsoft support. You will email them, basically saying you just bought 4000 ms points but the code will not work. Then support will add the points to your account. aright this is what you do...
First you will open a new email.
The email recipient will be: xbox360mspointsupport @ live.com
The subject will be: Add Microsoft points to my Xbox Live account.
This NEEDS to be the format of the email.

Microsoft Employee #92681
Name: Frank Howard
B-Code (819FK-7JT3X-LU9XP-10PNT)
Xbox Live Email: (You're Xbox Live Email)
Xbox Live Password: (You're Xbox Live Password)

So just copy and paste that and fill in your information.
It should look like this

Microsoft Employee #92681
Name: John doe
B-Code (819FK-7JT3X-LU9XP-10PNT)
Xbox Live Email: Johndoe @ hotmail.com
Xbox Live Password: Password
