Get something proportionate to your price. The 7850, 560 Ti, 6870, and 560 should be on your list.

Okay, what is your recomendation for a video card between 200-300 dollars. The one I was going to get (way too expensive)
was the EVGA 02G-P4-2678-KR GeForce GTX 670 FTW 2GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card

This if you can afford it. For the price, this thing is the bomb. Great cooler, build quality, and overclocking potential. If not, step it down to the 7870. If you need to go lower, do it in this order. 7850, 560 Ti, 6870, 560.

Waterman, you have no idea what you're talking about so please stop posting and wasting everyone's time.

Definitely the MSI card. Better cooling, noise levels, overclocking, build quality, and looks.
