When playing Runescape or being on a Runescape type of forum you probably see "OMG Just Lured 130M" or something along the lines of that. Luring is the act in which one deceives another player to a high risk place where they can kill them and take their loot. In my opinion it's the most efficient way to make money if you do it right which you will learn today in this guide.
There are many different types of lures that range from using the Clan Wars, and Wilderness Luring.
Clan Wars
This is a lure from my knowledge that needs more people then just your self, you will have a talker -someone who can talk to people very well- the killer and of course a victim. This lure usually happens at the red or purple portal, it consists of the killer using dragon claws and multiple ice freezes so the player cannot move. They then share the loot. This is probably the best way to lure I believe what I usually do is ask somebody to kill me and right before they kill me I start a conversation with them -a rich person- then my friend rushes them and we run off richer then ever. Haha.
Wilderness Lure
The Wilderness is quite easy but you do not get as much loot as clan wars as the player will usually not be skulled -this means 3 of their valuable items will not be dropped- This is a lure you can do by yourself, in order to do this you probably should be a good talker. Most wealthy Runescape player are quite smart when it comes to the wilderness but then again there are many stupid rich people. In this lure PVP armor would be the best. You can lure a player by saying "Drop Party" then lead them straight into the wild, and kill them instantly when you have the chance. Another easy way is to gain trust with your victim and then I guess "stab them in the back" when you are ready.

I lol'd so hard at the pictures for picking the right lure. Usually the people who lure are the ones in that picture you chose to be the correct person to lure.

Haha, true it's just a base you want to lure somebody who is rich and stupid.

No offense, but you DO NOT want to go for the kid you indicated seeing as most of us arent maxed i combat and plus i highly doubt a kid that rich would fall for it

I set it as a base "you should go for a rich person" and you don't need to be maxed combat I am maxed and was killed by a level 39 because I didn't have any food or Armour. I will fix it though to clarify it.
