Nod wrote On Thursday last week, I tried to download my account onto my xbox. It said "Sorry, Xbox Live Profiles cannot be downloaded right now. Please Try again later. 8015100A". So I checked xbox.com/servicealerts and sure enough, Accounts was having problems. So I waited until the service alert was gone and tried to download it again. Still no luck. It would even try to download. I chatted with a microsoft associate and went trough about 10 different steps, including opening ports, static ip's, power cycle etc. They suggested to try it on a different xbox, and possibly on a different internet connection. So I did. Still no luck. I called xbox and they said it is a problem with your account and it will need to be escalated. So I went through that process aswell. So I make a silver account and add A couple of my friends so I can private chat with them, and i decide to add my gamertag. I add it, And the friend request is accepted immediately. That's Odd. I check to see when I was last online,It said 3 Hours ago. That's Odd aswell, As by this time I had not been on my account in a week. I did sign in on xbox.com with my gamertag, so the password is not the problem, and my gamercard said I was last playing black ops, not xbox.com. I phoned microsoft again and told them my issue. They locked my account financially, and suspended it. They got my Console ID and My serial # so if i got on my account my xbox would not be banned. So I go today to download it(to see if it would work), And it gets a quarter way through, then says the same thing, but with the error code 8015190A. I notify them of this and they say they cant find that error code. What does this code mean? What Should I do?
