does anyone know any? things like spotify but i can save the songs to my computer so i can sue them elsewere ?

You can use a BitTorrent program such a uTorrent, and you can use a website such as ThePirateBay to obtain your music. Note-this is illegal only if you distribute music to people for money.

You could direct download off websites with a download manager, like IDM. It's not free, though there are many cracked versions floating around the net.
