Am I the only one who thought this was complete crap? Apparently completing a slant to get a victory is more impressive than Jeter's 3000 hits. Derek went 5-5 that day, and hit number 3000 was a home run. The voters possibly need to differentiate the BEST moment with, maybe, the most exciting.
I'm pissed. That is all.

You mean number 3,000. If he hit 5,000 by 38 years old then EVERYBODY would praise him lol.
Jeter's 3k moment was a big one but because like five others already accomplished it, it's not big enough for the ESPYS standards.
Tebow's moment was the best because it was the shortest OT passing play in history.
And it was a fan vote I think so Tebow has the leverage because he's known for Tebowing while Jeter's personal life is still a huge secret.

Oh yeah, sorry haha I didn't catch that mistake. Thanks.
But still, 3000 hits > shortest OT passing play.
