It sounds awesome, but isnt this save kind of illegal? Because you have to pay to get these cars, and if you get them for free, it seems illegal. I just don't want to get in trouble.

Actually all of these cars are already in the game when you purchased it, so your not "stealing" anything. I'm just showing you how to access them without having to pay extra. Because of this it is not illegal, it is just against the Xbox Live Code of Conduct. Meaning that you can be banned, but you will not get arrested or anything like that.

I use Horizon and it works for me, make sure you extract the playersave file from the zip file.

I had everything before, i hex edited the car colors by buying a car like the vw golf painting it any color and changing it to say the apollo, stopped playing about 6 month ago and iv came back and got title update needed, iv tryed some other saves, cleared cashe and re-downloaded everything + licenses, re-downloaded profile, started a new game even done the first license then tryed this save but somethings not working, i have also tryed a save i do no is for the xbox and still getting title update, im stumped if any 1 can help please reply cheers

Yeah, you have to delete all the Mandatory Updates, clear the system cache, and create a new save to be able to mod it. You can't mod it after it has been updated.

Yes, its called Enzo. It looks like that on your screen but on other peoples screens it looks like a modded lancia with Ferrari Enzo doors.

Does it have the modded speed too?

All cars are tuned to lvl 4, which is pretty much the only thing you can do to edit speed.
