Sorry just noticed you were talking about Xbox ONLY. No in Xbox they even say that he was taken out of the Xbox 360 edition. He appears in Fog partly and I have never seen fog on xbox just to support it.

i think hes fake. but reading that he
likes to burn houses down makes sense, the first world i made i was working on another building to only turn back to see my house on fire an completeley destroyed. i exited without saving only for it to happen again, and again and so on... this has me thinking..
