If you have been console banned, there is no way of getting back on Xbox Live, as you may already know. But there is another way to play online with other people without having the fear of Microsoft banning you. I myself have been console banned, and I don't really have money to buy a new console, so decided to do this. So, the alternative option to xbox live is called "Xlink Kai". I've got to admit, its not as fun as Xbox Live, but it's better than nothing, if you really cant afford to buy a new xbox.
