Fully unlocked CPU, H61 board that won't allow over-clocking.
7970 instead of a GTX 670/680. It's overpriced for what it is right now. It should be under the $400 price tag.
An SSD would be a great addition to this build as well. You could of easily dropped in a 128gb Crucial if you configured everything right.
I don't see the point in rating a build from one to ten. It's a nice build and should serve you well, it's just you chose the wrong parts here and there.

It's a good build, but you could have changed a few things. I must say it's overkill for runescape though.
