restart steam.

restart computer.

delete local content, install again.

use google.

I will use it again, I hope I don't have to redownload the whole thing again. It was 10 GB's.

meh, not that big, how fast is your internet/ whats your dl speed?

But on Steam, I get around 350-800 kb's.

Then I could see how it would be a problem, and I have no idea why I get a negative rating on that other post, anyway did you try my suggestions?
