You would only need the X and Z coordinates, you don't need to have the Y coordinate.

Yes if you type in your world seed and your X and Z coordinates correctly then it should work fine.

yes i know you only need they x and z coordinates it just makes it easier to ask for all 3

A slime chunk is an area that's 16x16 where Slime constantly spawn right? That way you don't gotta mine out 50x50?
