Hello if you are wondering why you can't connect to a server it is because they are doing some work on it recently there have been a LOT of hacker on and they have been steling account's so they turned off server!

Well that is not quite it. There was an exploit while using a hacked client which let you login to migrated accounts this is now patched. Yes i did find this glitch if you do not believe me well.
