Dedicated Severs Def- A sever used by only the people who qualify. (Gist of it)
Xbox needs 2 different types of severs, Children and Adult.
Children go to Kid Sever.
Adults go to Adult Severs.
No then there will not be a 40 year old in a lobby with a bunch of 9-12 year olds.

Dedicated servers are made by the developers of the game not by Xbox live itself you seem to not understand that and if you hate getting matched up with 12 year old's all you have to really do is mute them and move on with your life a lot of 40 year olds (am just assuming from what you said by adult servers and 40 year old) like you IDK if your that old always seem to have a lack of understanding that the mute option is there for a reason but instead people like you just decide to waste there time by telling them to shut up when that does nothing.

Xbox live it self does have dedicated servers, not the games.
