I believe your talking about if you throw your ballistic vests into a wall, you can't grab them. Sorry if this doesnt help.

what you do is as you release the trigger to throw down the vests you press down on the dpad making the uav you have swap out with more ballistic vests.

you need uav and b vests.

youll know you did it right when you have another b vest in your kill streak slot.
