I'm not talking about inventory hacks or anything like that I'm just asking about modding for your own custom skin, texture pack, or mods such as ones that add animals, new weapons, etc. Notch approves of modding the PC version but I'm not so sure about microsoft with the xbox version. Can you get banned for doing these things to the xbox version with a usb? Sorry if this was asked before, I just wanted to know. Thanks.

Thank you guys, it's a shame because Notch approves of PC modding but Microsoft won't let it slide for his game.

You can't modify the game itself on Xbox with a USB. There's a huge ban warning level for it though. But only Jtag's and other modified consoles can play the modified version.

You have a risk of ban when modding on any game. I don't think that's a good idea.
