Hello TTG members if you wouldnt mind lending me a few minutes of your time.
I bought a Turtle Beach PX5 headset, it is designed for Playstation 3 but also can work on the Xbox360(which is what I use it on). Everything is working perfectly fine on it except for the game volume. The other day before I went on vacation it was working perfectly fine and when I came back to town everything worked except for the game volume. All of my chords are plugged in correctly i believe, if anyone knows how to fix this or have any idea please fill free to share. Please and thank you.
+rep to whoever can solve the problem for me.

Dont bump after 5 minutes of no one replying.
Are your settings on your xbox set right? And double check the cables.

Try going to audio settings, then change it to Dolby 5.1 digital surround sound. That's what I had to do with my x42's.
Try and PM me if you dont have any luck, I'll help the best I can.
