Hello i started a clan and it wont lvl up!? i dont clan ops and everything! has anyone got a clan lvl 5 or more that i could have? or let me run it with you?

You Have to have premium elite to level a clan up
must enlist in clan ops
thats how it levels up

and my clan is level 11 solo
